My passion for thrifting and photography came together for this incredible “NORMALIZE THRIFT” campaign with OC Goodwill and BJones

I brought my mobile studio set up to BJones adorable studio in Downtown Santa Ana (with approx 100 trips up two flights of stairs, ha!) and photographed these models. Fun was had by all.

Thrifting has been one of my favorite ways to shop since I was in Jr High School. The thrill of finding 70s clothes at amazing prices was addicting. I’ll never forget my favorite store of all time (to this day) called Funky and Damn Near New – what a name!

So I am thrilled that it has become a trend espically for the younger generation. There’s so many benefits to thrift shopping. Not only is eco-friendly but also wallet-friendly. And because of that it’s very low risk to try out trends or if you don’t like something you can send it right back!

Because I shop at several Goodwills throughout Orange County, this brand photoshoot was extra fun and special for me. Oh and did I mention I got to work with the amazing fashion legend herself, B Jones Style? It’s a thrill to watch her work, styling all these FUN and crazy (in the best way possible) outfits.

I hope this inspires you to go check out your favorite OC Goodwill located throughout Orange County and make a unique outfit! Thrifiting is great for basics too. That’s why I love it so much!
